DOTERRA INTERNATIONAL LLC Sr. DevOps Engineer in PLEASANT GROVE, Utah

doTERRA International, LLC located in Pleasant Grove, UT seeks a Sr. DevOps Engineer.

Duties: Architects, develops and upholds infrastructure tailored to doTERRA's digital platforms. Spearheads the continuous enhancement of CI/CD processes and tools, aligning them with doTERRA's operational objectives. Implements and maintains essential infrastructure capabilities, prioritizing security, backups, security protocols, and real-time monitoring. Apply DevOps methodologies, ensuring efficient product delivery by managing version control and CI/CD tools - notably GIT, SVN, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, and Docker. Designs and implements containerization platforms such as Kubernetes, EKS, or GKE. Fine-tunes system capacities to guarantee scalability, especially during peak sales periods or promotional events. Scripts and automates routine tasks using config management tools/languages such as Ansible, Chef, Salt, Python, Perl, Bash, PHP. Works on automation of cloud platform and server resources using infrastructure-as-code (IAC) principles with tools such as AWS, GCP CloudFormation or Terraform. Engages with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Management, to ensure smooth digital interfaces for doTERRA's products and promotions. Implements CI/CD processes for SAP products, particularly SAP Hybris, to streamline ecommerce operations and enhance the customer journey. Sets up monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, and AppDynamics for our customer-facing websites. Responsible for Database administration of NoSQL and RDBMS systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL. Works on AWS services and infrastructure management, including provisioning, configuring, and managing AWS resources. Implements cloud network infrastructure and security framework for cloud, hybrid and MultiCloud. Configures and architects load balancing strategies using Cloud Load Balancers, DNS, CDN, and general cloud operations. Works on Linux and/or Windows operating system administration tasks.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree. Foreign equivalent degree accepted. Two years' experience as a DevOps Engineer. Two years of experience as a DevOps Engineer to include experience in configuring and architecting Load Balancing strategies using Cloud Load Balancers, DNS, and CDN. Two years' experience as a DevOps Engineer to include working on cloud services such as AWS, or GCP. Two years' experience as a DevOps Engineer to include working on config management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Salt. Demonstrable ability to design and implement network infrastructure and security protocols for cloud, hybrid, or MultiCloud environments. Demonstrable ability to manage version control tools such as GIT, SVN or Bitbucket. Demonstrable ability to manage CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, or Docker. Demonstrable ability to set up cloud networks, cloud operations, and security frameworks. Demonstrable knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IAC) principles using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform. Demonstrable knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or AppDynamics. Demonstrable knowledge of Database administration of NoSQL, and RDBMS systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL. Demonstrable knowledge of containerization platforms such as Kubernetes, EKS, or GKE.
