JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reporting to the Manager Operations Planning, the Production Planner will establish, manage, review and maintain production schedules for the new factory. This position will align with Material planning, Demand planning, Production and Packaging to ensure a highly effective and efficient production process, apply lean principles and ensure alignment across all functions. This role takes an active role in daily production meetings, adjusting the schedule as needed and developing contingency plans for missed production volumes. The Production Planner will answer related inquiries for all levels of the organization and must be able to meet deadlines and exercise judgment regarding related items.
