Title: Client Service Associate

Location: Pleasanton

Salary: 75k-85k

About the Company: The company is a rapidly expanding registered investment advisor (RIA) firm that specializes in providing comprehensive wealth management and financial planning services to both individuals and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, facilitating client activity and handling daily service needs.

• Responsible for the account opening process.

• Manage client cash positions and money movements.

• Maintain client data in Salesforce and manage various day-to-day operations.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years financial services work experience or High School Diploma with 5 years financial services experience.

• Familiarity with RIA, Charles Schwab, Black Diamond, and Salesforce will be advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on relationship building.
