Your role at Clorox:

As an Omni Content Associate Manager you will act as an Integral member of the Digital Shelf Team responsible for supporting ecommerce content and product data for key customers.

Develops, performs and optimizes eComm Content strategies and tactics detailed to influence shoppers’ brand perceptions and purchase decisions both online and offline. Support includes complete Content management from creation through to publication and optimization.

Seeking an individual who has a strong understanding of the digital shelf (including retail requirements and ecosystem of tools), product detail page content standard processes and optimization opportunities for online retailers. This individual is passionate about the role that product page content plays in the overall shopper journey.

In this role, you will:

Develop and complete eCommerce content strategy & plans for key customer s

  • Partner with BU, external agencies and Retail teams to lead the eComm content strategy for set of business units. Develop annual plan to deliver against business objectives and digital shelf needs & work cross-functionally to complete plan

  • Lead development of content assets with internal and external agency: Includes briefing agencies on content objectives and requirements; providing feedback; and ensuring content is delivered on-strategy, on time, and on budget.

  • Work with retail team to ensure outstanding requirements and content needs are addressed in the plan, across all BUs.

  • Lead optimization processes/ways of working development

  • Lead development of seasonal/Pulse content calendar and processes for LERs

  • Establish content measurement KPIs and score-carding process for all BUs – includes evaluating emerging testing capabilities and implementing new partners

  • Evaluate and lead emerging digital shelf technology pilots and programs in concert with broader CxT enterprise initiatives

Develop and support publication standard processes via product and content data * *

  • Publication support through digital shelf syndication tools (Salsify, Syndigo, Brandbank, etc)

  • Audit & update content published through syndication tools to ensure accuracy and compliance with retailer scorecards and requirements; includes auditing SKU lists, assortment list support and image array development

  • Develop optimizations/testing/learning agendas to provide qualitative and quantitative insights on content recommendations

  • Actively partner with Digital Shelf Team on latest retailer requirements, process improvements, adoption and sharing of content standard processes

  • Leverage findings to advise broader content work led by other Content teams within the enterprise (egCXT team, Brand Experienceetc)

People and team development

  • Lead up to 2 direct reports, including mentoring, career development, onboarding and day-to-day management

  • Make recommendations to improve team culture and ensure continued operations as a successful team

What we look for:

Education:

  • BS or equivalent experience in Communications, Media, Marketing or related field

Minimum requirements:

  • 5+ years of exposure to sales, digital marketing, or ecommerce.

  • Salsify or Bynder experience and other digital shelf tools

  • Self-motivated and self-starter with strong initiative and results-orientation

  • Outstanding organization skills, meticulous, with high capacity for work and proactivity

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where roles, structure, processes, and priorities are ever-evolving

  • Ability to lead projects with multiple partners, prioritize multiple requests and bring together different points of view

  • A strong eye for design and communication – both written and visual – and intuition for what content iscompelling for shoppers as they research and buy products online

  • Experience working within sophisticated and complex databases and portals

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100

–Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300

–Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
