Reference #: 1380 Harmony Biosciences is recruiting for a Marketing Specialist in our Plymouth Meeting, PA location. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer/patient marketing initiatives aligned to brand strategies using your project management skills. You will collaborate closely with the HCP and consumer/patient Marketing teams and cross-functional partner, and you will coordinate sales force communication from the Marketing team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist with the creation, launch, and monitoring/tracking of branded and unbranded resources in alignment with brand strategies including material development, timeline development, coordination of review & approvals, production for print materials and staging/deployment for digital materials. Coordinate and support distribution and maintenance of sales force communications including sales training resources from Marketing team. Manage promotional item inventory, print & production schedules and budget, and agency coordination. Partner with Marketing team to develop integrated non-personal campaign including digital (website, email) and direct mail to effectively pull-through non-personal promotion to personal promotion. Support execution of unbranded disease awareness multi-channel educational programs including websites, educational initiatives, and non-personal outreach. Help execute national, regional, and local HCP and consumer/patient conferences including processing requests, calendar management, sales force communication, material shipment, and cross-functional planning across Harmony. Partner with all cross-functional stakeholders including promotional review committee (medical, legal, regulatory) to ensure HCP and consumer/patient tactics meet all the promotional review committee requirements. Participate in HCP and consumer/patient market research. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required 2+ years' experience within project management marketing and/or related experience within the pharmaceutical industry or agency supporting pharmaceutical industry. Experience managing detailed, multivariate projects with defined deadlines. Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams. Solid ability to work independently under tight timelines and proactively manage budget constraints. Consistently represents the company professionally with internal and external customers. Awareness of relevant regulations and guidelines, including marketing and promotion and anti-kickback regulations and statutes. Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues, business partners, stakeholders across varied styles. Physical demands and work environment: Domestic travel is estimated to be up to 10% of the time for this position. While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision.
