Job Summary: As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee a combination of skilled employees in areas such as machine shop, tool making, pipefitting, masonry, painting, and electrical. Your responsibilities will include training and development of staff, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Job Duties: Lead and develop a skilled team, including estimating personnel needs and assigning work. Ensure completion of all necessary documents accurately and in a timely manner. Uphold 5S standards to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Knowledge of industry policies, procedures, and practices. Experience in leading and directing the work of other employees. Typically require accreditation from a technical school or skilled trades program and at least 7 years of experience. Intermediate verbal and written communication skills. Strong management skills with the ability to foster teamwork. Excellent decision-making and problem management abilities. Technical expertise in maintenance operations. Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
