Robert Bosch LLC seeks Sr Software Engineer (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 15000 N Haggerty Rd, Plymouth, MI, 48170. Design and implement solutions for driving systems involving tracking, localization, path planning and sensor data fusion. Work with other situation experts to propose state-of-the-art solutions for ADAS features. Verify and validate features and functions with simulation tools and large amounts of data. Document and communicate decisions according to system designs and architecture to the responsible engineers. Work with Hardware, Software, Application, and Test Engineers to develop ADAS control systems according to the V-model. Participate in reviews for requirements, designs, and implementations. Communicate with other System / Software Architects globally to share knowledge and lessons learned. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, System Engineer or occupation involving Computer Science or Automotive engineering domain. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) C++, MATLAB, Simulink, and Python programming skills; (2) Software versioning using GIT or other version control software; (3) Track and Release Management; (4) Requirement Management; (5) System/Software Architecture description using Enterprise Architect or similar; and (6) Development of embedded software for tracking and fusion algorithms. Telecommuting: Hybrid- 2 days a week in office.
