The Learning Architect is responsible for analyzing areas where growth is needed and then designing and architecting learning curricula to deliver on business outcomes. Responsible for the management of multiple simultaneous projects and directing the work of internal and external resources. This position will need a deep knowledge of instructional design, program development, analytics, learning technology/modalities, and adult learning principles. Location: Hybrid, Plymouth, MN What you will do: Leverage high impact instructional design methodology to create engaging learning content and interactive learning experiences aligned to business results.
