ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Program Specialist I at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in assisting and coordinating building automation construction projects within the Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) business unit. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of programs and projects. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by effectively assisting in managing construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.
You will report directly to our Senior Program Manager, and you'll work out of our Plymouth MN, on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate program management team in managing and coordinating project activities
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes
Track project progress and update project documentation
Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations
Facilitate the implementation of project management best practices and tools
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members
Assist in the resolution of project issues and risks
The annual base salary range for this position is $62,000 to $77,500. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE
2 or more years of project management experience
Construction or building automation experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Knowledge or experience with working on contracts with the state of Minnesota
Knowledge of program management methodologies
Experience with project coordination and support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
