Job Description

This position will support the Sterility Assurance RD organization by coordinating activities related to separation and RD footprint activities. Responsibilities include setting up project management tools, leading meetings, and tracking work activities. The role involves project management, coordinating plans, meetings, updates, and closure of activities related to both separation and site relocations. The candidate will develop tools to facilitate the Sterility Assurance team’s operations, coordinate learning sessions, and provide regular updates to management.

Hard Skills

  • Project management

  • Experience with software tools such as SharePoint and Power BI

  • Knowledge of GDP/GMP/GLP practices

  • Pharmaceutical or Medical Device knowledge

  • Degree in management, engineering, or a science-related field

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Plymouth, Minnesota and some days remote.

Work Environment

This role involves coordinating activities with other functions outside of Sterility Assurance. The candidate will work on developing online tools for other functions to request Sterility Assurance resources and sample sterilization processing. The position also supports Residency Training and the coordination of a community of practice within the company.
