Shop Helper

Job Description

The Shop Helper will perform a variety of duties in a sheet metal manufacturing shop. Responsibilities include operating machines such as Punch Press and Brake Press, assembling parts and products, preparing and painting products. The role also involves inspecting finished painted and stamped parts and performing basic long-run production on Punch Press stamping machines. Additionally, the Shop Helper will work off of work orders and learn to read blueprints.

This is a fully on-site position in Plymouth, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The position is based in a 40-person sheet metal manufacturing shop that maintains cleanliness standards suitable for a fabrication environment and is equipped with air conditioning.
