Description We are offering an opportunity for a Staff Accountant in the non-durable wholesale distribution industry. Based in Plymouth, Minnesota, the selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team where they will be responsible for a wide array of accounting duties. This role is in a hybrid workplace setting and provides an opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions efficiently and effectively.

• Conducting bank reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial records.

• Preparing journal entries and assisting with month-end close procedures.

• Handling payroll operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Utilizing various accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, Epicor, and Epicor ERP to perform accounting tasks.

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records and processing customer credit applications.

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Resolving customer credit inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Collaborating with other team members to ensure all financial operations are running smoothly.

• Continually enhancing accounting skills and knowledge by attending industry events and participating in professional development opportunities. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with General Ledger maintenance

• Ability to record Journal Entries accurately

• Experience in Month End Close procedures

• Knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP

• Proficiency in Epicor and Epicor Erp

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
