Robert Half Financial Analyst in Plymouth, New Hampshire

Description

Robert Half has partnered with a client in Central NH in search of a Financial Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the healthcare industry where you will be responsible for creating financial reports, including monthly P& L vs. budget, broken down by cost centers. You will also work on budget creation and use advanced Excel to handle large datasets. This company is offering a hybrid working environment allowing you to WFH several days a week but would prefer local candidates. Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze financial reports and find discrepancies bringing to management's attention

  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis

  • Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models

  • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data

  • Monthly allocation Management

  • Annual benefits/ payroll taxes resulting in monthly allocation percentages. This includes inter-company allocations for workers compensation insurance.

  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function

Skills:

  • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

  • Budget Processes, Expense Reporting, Financial Analysis, Cost Centers, Health Care Audits - Medicare - Medicaid

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Strong fluency in SAGE Intacct accounting software

  • Prepare financials using the budgeting tool in ERP system

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity

  • Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation

  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.

    Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Financial Analyst role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Budget Processes

• Proficiency in Expense Reporting

• Strong understanding of Finance principles

• Experience in Financial Analysis

• Knowledge of Cost Centers

• Experience in Health Care Audits - Medicaid
