We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Benefits Coordinator to manage and administer a comprehensive employee benefits program. In this confidential role, you will handle all aspects of benefits administration, ensuring employees have access to competitive and valuable benefits. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, life insurance, and disability coverage.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, providing clear guidance on options.
Create and distribute materials to educate employees on benefits.
Ensure compliance with health and welfare regulations.
Collaborate with vendors and carriers to manage contracts and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Facilitate employee orientation and benefits enrollment.
Oversee and verify benefits-related documentation.
Manage employee data in vendor systems, ensuring timely updates.
Monitor the effectiveness of benefits and wellness programs.
Stay updated on laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
Reconcile benefits plan reports and audit vendor invoices.
Address employee concerns as a liaison with benefits vendors.
Collect and analyze data to improve benefits programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in benefits administration with knowledge of benefit plans and regulations.
Proficient in HRIS systems and benefits software.
Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
Knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations.
strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with HR/benefits software and in multi-location organizations is a plus.
