CPM has an opening for a Warehouse/Inventory Clerk in our manufacturing facility in Ponca City, OK. We are looking for a detail-oriented person to facilitate and coordinate activities related to warehousing and inventory of equipment, materials and supplies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement inventory operational standards for staff compliance
Utilize computer systems to electronically track inventory flow, scan stock, and reconcile inventory
Record daily deliveries and shipment to maintain information required for periodic inventory reconciliation
Create and maintain spreadsheets for the report and analysis of data
Provide written reports and results of data analysis to senior management
Coordinate and manage daily physical cycle counts
Review inventory to determine the need for stock replenishment
Receive material and supplies from vendors
Confirm material listed on packing list matches receipt
Match receipts (packing list) with purchase order and record in SAP
Move received material and supplies to appropriate storage location
Manage use of warehouse, controlling receipts/distributions of inventory
Record distribution of inventory in SAP
Assist with moving materials/supplies to appropriate shops
Other shipping functions when needed
Loading/unloading of trucks – operate forklift
Prepare product for shipment – packaging, banding, strapping
Other responsibilities assigned
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Operate forklift
Able to lift 50-100 lbs.
Computer knowledge – SAP-B1 preferred
Basic math, reading and writing skills
