We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Jr. Property Accountant to join our team in Ponte Vedra Beach. This role will support the property management and accounting teams by maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate and timely financial information. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in accounting principles and a keen interest in the real estate/property management industry. 100% in office, located in PVB, Fl MUST HAVE A BACHELORS DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned properties.
Record property-related transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements, tenant ledgers, and other accounts.
Maintain general ledger accuracy by ensuring entries are posted correctly.
Support budget preparation and variance analysis for each property.
Prepare tenant billing, including rent, utility, and other charges.
Process and cash receipts and tenant payments.
Work closely with property managers and assist in addressing tenant inquiries regarding billing.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including tax filings.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting; property management experience is a plus.
Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management software is a plus.
understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
