We are seeking for an Account Payable Administrator Assistant to be part of the best team. The purpose of this position is to assist our AP and Job Cost department with day-to-day activities. It is an hourly full-time position with benefits. This position is seasonal with a possible lay-off period of 2-3 month during the winter.

    Experience and Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Strong administrative skills (scanning, faxing, document upload etc.)

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers (field personnel, asphalt plants, brokers).

  • Problem solving skills, a sense of urgency, outcome oriented.

  • Update spreadsheets with information from timesheets daily.

  • Process and enter all field timesheets with accuracy.

  • Learn and understand HeavyJob.

    Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be able to meet daily deadlines.

  • Must be organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
