Naval Sea Systems Command ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in Port Hueneme, California
Summary You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIVISION, CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, located in Port Hueneme, CA. Responsibilities You will provide guidance in the areas of inventory management, managerial accounting, management analysis, internal control systems, and property management. You will conduct monthly walkthroughs of all department spaces to ensure material compliance. You will coordinate with branch supervisors for TWMS training and DOA approval for department personnel. You will conduct Enterprise Resource Training and SharePoint training for department personnel. You will conduct weekly review Department Warehouse Movement Forms (WMF). You will submit Navy ERP roles and associated derivatives to Department Business Office for Department Personnel (GOV and CTR). Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing supply and property program operations to identify and resolve issues impacting material support for a warfare program. Education Additional Information This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14.
