In this role, you'll oversee on average 20-25 builds primarily in the Palm Coast / Volusia County area, managing 4-5 site supervisors while spending about 60% of your time in the office. We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 to $100,000, a 9% performance bonus, and profit-sharing opportunities. Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of materials and subcontractors

• and manage the construction activities for residential new construction

• projects.

• Ensure that projects are built to requirements and specifications

• Supervise and provide assistance to Project Superintendents on jobsites.

• Monitor production schedules, critical paths for projects, and trade
