As an HVAC Installer, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency. You will remove and install heating and cooling systems. In addition, you will be the face and voice of a fast passed company that provides superior customer service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relative experience required.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and knowledge to make solid connections.
• Must have an Outgoing personality that works in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible.

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT

• Working in confined spaces and at heights
• Working with hazardous materials and chemicals
• Working in extreme conditions like elevated height, and extreme temperatures
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
