salary: $75,000 - $94,999.99 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance records for all machines in the MRP system (EPICOR)

• Install and maintain production machines and other company equipment

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service

• Utilize mechanic skills, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines

• Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service

• Diagnose problems, replace and repair parts, test, and make adjustments

• Perform various electrical activities, including repairs and construction of new services

• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties

• Comply with all safety regulations

• Enter shop equipment specifications into the company MRP system

• Utilize the MRP system to record equipment maintenance and repairs as they occur

• Perform other duties as assigned
