Stryker Associate Manager, HCP Programs (Remote) in Portage, Michigan

As an Associate Manager, HCP Programs on the Stryker IVS marketing team, you will be responsible for the relationship management for HCP consultants, and the execution of key HCP programs. This individual collaborates with sales, marketing, and R&D to provide consultant information, manage HCP events, and ensure compliance with all field based trainings or society engagement events. Also, supports sponsorships, grants, and verifying need assessments with future HCPs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Manage internal and external resources that supports an overarching strategic direction

• Collaborate with key opinion leaders to design educational materials

• Responsible for developing and managing customer-facing strategy, content and education programs

• Drive team collaboration with broader Medical Education/product marketing/sales training, etc

• Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics and content delivery

• Organize and deliver in-class or virtual courses

• Identify and analyze Medical Education program metrics to identify effectiveness

• Contribute meaningful input into the strategic direction for Medical Education

• Identify potential areas of opportunity for new investments

• Develop KOL network, VOC and survey to gather customer feedback

• Understand and provide input to training and Medical Education workstreams

• Allocate support and resources to leverage programs

• Develop Medical Education programs while adapting to customer needs and business priorities

• Understand the different communication channel strategies and associated impacts

• Articulate desired communications outcomes consistent with Medical Education strategy

WHAT YOU NEED:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 6+ years of work experience

Preferred

• 3+ years medical device or Medical Education experience

• Experience in event planning

• Previous experience managing or knowledge of healthcare professional network including their roles, needs, and expectation.

$ 85,500 - $ 182,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
