Looking for a lead laborer to assist the manager on site. While the person will primarily work on unloading trucks and working as a laborer, the responsibilities will likely expand into administrative and supervisory tasks. Looking for a candidate who is as comfortable working on a production line as working on a computer.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm

Requirements:

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull and lift bags weighing up to 50lbs repetitively
• Operate front loader / backhoe / forklift
• Valid Class C Driver's License and good driving record
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Reference and background check required for employment
• Must be willing to work outside as needed
• Computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Adobe
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Other Qualifications a Plus:

• OSHA Certification
• Forklift and Equipment Certification
