Responsibilities: \' Provide that critical first impression to our guests by checking in and out hotel guests in a confident, professional and friendly manner. \' Handle guest check-ins/check-outs in accordance with hotel credit/cash handling policies in an efficient and friendly manner. \' Review arrivals noting special requests, blocking rooms as needed. \' Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, check cashing, safety boxes, etc. \' Cancel room reservations according to procedures. \' Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information. \' Complete all items on appropriate (AM, PM, Overnight) checklist by end of shift. \' Follow established key control policy. Skills & Experience: \' Outstanding customer service skill and the desire to provide a high standard of service and hospitality. \' Must be highly organized and able to pay attention to minute written and verbal details, particularly when performing multiple tasks. \' Must be able to operate computer, calculator and telephone keyboards, for cash handling and paperwork processing. \' Must be able to understand and follow verbal/written instructions, work on more than one task at a time, and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
