Description
Robert Half is searching for a detail oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support a respected Portland organization with an array of key HR tasks. The individual in this role will play a key role in supporting various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct phone interviews and follow up with the coordination of in-person interviews with department managers
Respond to benefits and compensation inquires quickly and with the aim to resolve the issue.
Support hiring managers by effectively sourcing, screening and selection talent for open requisitions
Assist the People & Culture Department with daily operations by maintaining the applicant tracking system, completing the onboarding process and providing general administrative support to the team
Additional duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements
1-2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within recruitment, HRIS, employee relations or benefits administration
Strong communication abilities
Ability to maintain effective working relationships
Proficient within Microsoft Office Suite including OneNote and SharePoint
Exposure to an applicant tracking system
