Description

Robert Half is searching for an efficient Human Resources Assistant to support the HR department of a dynamic company in Portland. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives.

• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).

• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take notes as needed.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.

• Experience with HRIS programs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
