Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Assist with production in the Cutter/Grind department by safely operating automated production machinery to cut, grind, and form parts for chainsaw chains. Make adjustments to machines as needed. Identify and clear machine faults. Empty parts baskets containing finished parts. Load finished parts into baskets and operate equipment to wash them in an acid solution for finishing. Must follow safety protocols for running equipment and working around chemicals.

Shifts

• Day: 7:30 am-4:00 pm

• Swing: 4:00 pm-12:00 am

• Grave: 12:00 am-7:30 am

This is a fully on-site position in Portland, Oregon.

Work Environment

They will be working in a large manufacturing environment. It can be louder and will require them to wear Ear plugs. For safety precautions, they are also required to wear safety glasses and close-toed shoes.
