Description

Robert Half is looking for an experienced Order Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate will have order entry and database experience. The position requires excellent communication, computer, and keyboarding skills, as the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data is paramount. This position is a short-term, contract opportunity with parking available on-site.

How you'll make an impact:

• Entering orders into a CRM or ERP database

• Accurately managing purchase orders

• Releasing orders to the warehouse

• Monitoring shipment status and updating customers as needed

• Providing customer service over the phone, through email, and via fax

• Coordinating with the sales and production teams to estimate shipping

• Processing returns and discussing warranty information

• Updating and maintaining client information within the database

• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise

• Providing general customer support as needed

  Requirements

• 1+ year order entry experience required

• 1+ year customer service experience required

• Experience within an ERP or CRM System preferred

• Strong computer and typing skills

• The ability to navigate databases efficiently and quickly

• Positive and friendly attitude, and a team-player
