The Specialty Scheduling Coordinator schedules office and hospital services for patients including scheduling appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure coordinated care for patients.

This Clinic is Open 7 Days per week and Holidays.

Positions Available: On call and Part time

Part Time is 32 hours per week. Can include weekends

On Call is variable, including weekends and holiday's.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years working experience in a medical clinic, office setting or administrative setting

• Extensive and excellent customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Epic or other EMR

• Specialty clinic experience
