Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the assembly of truck boxes, which includes tasks such as flooring and base installation, wall and head construction, and the integration of lighting. Your role will also extend to the assembly of roll-up back doors and lift gates as required. You'll use various tools consistently, including but not limited to Impact Hammers and Drills, wrenches, sockets, fasteners, and riveters. We're looking for individuals with a keen eye for quality and those who enjoy working from start to finish on production work. All employees will be trained in box assembly in a large warehouse environment. The role also includes basic shop duties such as cleaning workspaces and breaking down waste and recyclables. This role operates on a shift from 6am to 4:30pm from Monday to Thursday, with potential overtime extending to Fridays.

You may be asked to float from department to department, depending on the workflow. Please note that we plan to move our production and distribution to Ridgefield, WA in 2022/2023, with a small footprint of sales/showroom and distribution warehouse remaining in Portland.
