Description

Robert Half is searching for a Project Manager to support a utilities company based in Portland, OR. The individual will be chiefly involved in the implementation of a Call Center Cloud Software. This position is a 100% Remote contract opportunity that will need assistance until the complete roll-out and implementation of the software. This candidate will be required to have a PMP certification.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating, and executing tasks and resources within the customer service and call center environment.

• Overseeing aspects such as workforce management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Strategizing and implementing project plans in collaboration with the team.

• Ensuring the completion of the project within the defined deadline and set budget.

• Finalizing the design, call flows, and technical architecture along with the overall project schedule.

• Managing scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, risk and issue handling, and communication as part of project execution.

• Collaborating closely with leadership and program management for customer lifecycle management.

• Ensuring the success of the project in terms of scope, schedule, and budget adherence, and alignment to desired business outcomes.

• Handling quality management and communication management in collaboration with the Organizational Change Manager.

• Ensuring security and architecture adherence in collaboration with the Technical Lead.

  Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management experience with a PMP certification.

• Skilled in product delivery, budget forecasting and risk analysis.

• Experienced in Cloud implementation - call center software preferred.

• Familiar with utilizing Azure DevOps in tandem with engineer.
