We are seeking a versatile Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team. You will bring your technical expertise to a diverse customer environment, supporting pre-sales, professional services and customer success engagements. Your day-day will be working with customers and prospects to help them leverage the data platform across a variety of cloud environments. You'll partner with customers and partners, become a trusted advisor to our users, help them realize their data aspirations, and improve their time-to-value.

responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Client facing Technical Presales and Solutions architecture, both pre and post sales.

  • Lead and deliver customer projects, ensuring successful deployments, integrations, and configurations to meet customer expectations

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives, data management challenges, and specific requirements

  • Provide technical guidance, support and best practices to customers on utilizing Hydrolix to achieve their data management and analytics goals

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers

  • Provide expert guidance to clients, covering dashboarding, API interfaces, data ingestion and transformation, using Hydrolix and other 3rd party tools, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and performance optimization.

  • Contribute to the development of product documentation, customer feedback, technical guides, and training materials and blogs to support customer onboarding.
