The Patient Accounts Representative is responsible to verify client benefits, submit weekly electronic claims, investigate and identify problem accounts, corrects claim errors for resubmission. Follow-up on past-due accounts and assist clients with account balance questions and payments.

Skills/Education

2 or more years of experience with medical billing standards, procedures and accounts receivable software required. Pleasant telephone manner and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
