ACTALENT IS HIRING A LEAD CLINICIAN FOR A TOP EMPLOYER IN POUGHKEEPSIE, NY!!!

We are seeking a dedicated Clinician Lead to oversee clinical tasks and support our team of Clinicians in Poughkeepsie, NY. This is a permanent, fully on-site position with a Monday to Friday schedule (9 AM - 6 PM) and minimal on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise clinical documentation and conduct weekly team meetings.

• Ensure case files are organized and compliant with guidelines.

• Provide support for individual, group, and family sessions, while respecting cultural and ethnic values.

• Lead crisis management and assist with safety plans and recommendations.

• Conduct regular audits on case files for quality assurance.

• Engage in professional development and mandatory training.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work or related field with LCSW license.

• Experience in manager/supervisor roles in clinical settings (mental health, homelessness, substance use).

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
