Description

Assumes overall responsibility for the general daily administration and case planning operation of the Preventive Program Maintains a general programmatic structure with sufficient flexibility to provide for the individualized needs of each child and family. Ensures that home visits and weekly office visits are done within time frames mandated by contract or by accepted case planner practice. Accepts the referrals that meet Preventive Program eligibility criteria from OCFS, DCFS and Community Partners, and self-referrals.

Requirements

Masters Degree in social work or related filed such as counseling, psychology, or human services.
