We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative for an onsite role located in Mira Mesa. You will assist customers with product purchases, order status inquiries, and replacements via email and phone. A typing speed of 40 WPM or higher is required. Responsibilities

• Responding to Inquiries: Answer emails and telephone calls to assist customers with product purchases and inquiries.

• Order Status Checks: Provide updates on order status, including shipping and delivery information.

• Handling Replacements: Assist customers with product replacements and exchanges as needed.

• Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.

• Documentation: Record customer interactions and maintain detailed notes in the customer management system.

• Follow-up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.

• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve services and product offerings.

• Typing Requirement: Maintain a typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) or higher for efficient communication
