Insight Global Secret Cleared International Contracts Administrator in Poway, California

Job Description

A customer in the San Diego area is looking to hire an International Contracts Administrator to join their team. They will be responsible for supporting one or more business units in the capture and management of international direct commercial sales contracts. Their day to day will include review of customer request for proposals, interfacing with the Law Department regarding terms, conditions and contract structure, proposal review, contract review, negotiation, and administration, verifying export classification and foreign restrictions, and customer interface to provide for contract administration in accordance with company policy. This person must be creative and have experience generating contracts with unique terms. This is a hybrid role working onsite in San Diego 3 days a week on a 9/80 schedule.

Skills and Requirements

-Eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance

-10 years of experience with proposing, negotiating, and managing international direct commercial sales contracts

-Thorough understanding of contract principles, theories, concepts, and regulations, and experience demonstrating a broad application of those practices, techniques, and standards

-Aware of regulatory and compliance and their impact on International contracts -Bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in contract administration or a related discipline (8 years of experience)

-Experience in managing overlapping FMS and DCS Contracts

-Experience working in large weapon system procurement programs null
