Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in the telecom services industry, located in Powell, Ohio. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves working with remote end users, utilizing service desk ticketing systems, monitoring workstation utilization, and setting up workstations based on client specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to remote end users via a Remote Monitoring and Management system

• Use the Service Desk ticketing system to document tickets and troubleshooting steps, and escalate to Tier 2 technicians as necessary

• Monitor workstation utilization and recommend resolutions as needed

• Set up workstations based on client specifications

• Check daily backup reports and resolve any outstanding issues

• Improve technician efficiency in supporting clients by identifying areas of improvement

• Deliver excellent customer service to all users

• Utilize skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the telecom services industry

• Demonstrated skills in Android Development

• Proficiency in working with Cisco Technologies

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is essential

• Experience with database management

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Active Directory

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair Apple Devices

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware and its configurations

• Experience with Configuration Management

• Proven track record of managing software and hardware Deployments
