Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join the team of a global medical device manufacturing company in the Powell, TN area. In this role, they will collaborate closely with end users, configuring and implementing software solutions to optimize process management within the JD Edwards ERP system. Key responsibilities include:

• Process Design and Implementation: design and prepare new processes, aligning them with desired outcomes and business objectives. Recommendations will include detailed software and hardware specifications tailored to specific system needs.

• Expert Troubleshooting: acting as the subject matter

expert addressing issues affecting specific areas, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving any challenges that arise.

• User Training: training end-users on processes and system applications, empowering them to utilize the software effectively.

• Integrated Testing: Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and scripts, validating the design and identifying areas for improvement.

Skills and Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience as a functional BSA

o Conducting assessments to understand business needs, gathering and analyzing data, performing risk assessments, and creating plans for system implementations and integrations.

- Subject matter expertise in JDE model manufacturing, quality systems, and product data management

o Experieince or Knowledge of JDE 9.2 Enterprise one

- Familiarity with work orders and manufacturing processes.

o Strong ability to talk through and understand business processes

- Strong understanding of relational databases

- Strong understanding of application development and programming

- Microsoft Excel Proficient

- Bachelors Degree null
