Warehouse Specialists/ Inventory Assistant, Skill Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills & phone presence with care and compassion
  • Reliable, organized, detailed and focused
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft
  • Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Team player --strives to build a cohesive, collaborative & goal oriented team
  • General knowledge of surrounding area (50-mile radius of Powers, MI)

Warehouse Specialists/ Inventory Assistant, Responsibilities:

  • Professionally represent Quality Water Specialists at all times
  • Respectfully interact with other team members and customers via phone calls, texts, emails and walk-in traffic
  • Manage & navigate a web based service program for water treatment industry (training provided)
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Prepare and process service-related documents and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and delivery.
  • Effective and efficient time management.
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to repetitively lift and carry 50-80 pounds
  • Mechanical aptitude preferred
