Our office is seeking a Registered Nurse Preceptor to assist on a full-time basis. Our Preceptor would serve the Tri City area with extensions to Paulden and Cordes Lake.

Our nurses deliver exceptional care across the continuum.

  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories

  • Train, coach and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs to ensure we are delivering exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients.

  • Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments

  • Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.

  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Role Requirements:

  • Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program

  • CPR in good standing

  • 5 or more years of Home Health experience

  • Nurse management and education experience is preferred
