This role will be a hybrid position with the expectation of 3 days in the office. This is not a remote position. The Outsourced Accounting NFP Manager will oversee and work together with staff and senior team members to service a wide range of companies.  Are you a proven problem solver with a knack for numbers? But our commitment goes beyond our clients as we continue to live the Withum Way, promoting personal and professional growth for all team members, clients, and surrounding communities. How You’ll Spend Your Time:Supervising a teamReviewing and approving payments to vendors / contractorsReviewing and approving payrollHandling month end close processReviewing and approving all proposed JEsReviewing all reconciliations for Balance sheet accountsMonthly Financial Reporting including FS, narratives and dashboardsAssisting with grant reporting and submissionsBudgeting / Cash flow forecastingWorking with Client Leadership of organizationFacilitating outside annual auditsEnsuring proper internal controls and enhancement of processesThe Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance requiredCPA required5-7+ years of accounting experienceOutstanding communication skillsPreferably experience with Intacct Accounting System, QBO, and/or NetSuite Accounting SystemsExperience working with not-for-profit organizations and community organizations with a basic understanding of accounting reporting for not-for-profitsInvolvement in their community and desire to “give back”The compensation for this position will vary by location.
