As the Consumer Insights Senior Manager Beauty for Global Consumer Brands (GCB) in the USA, you will lead the charge in executing consumer insights strategies and plans that fuel business growth. We are actively recruiting for 2 roles, one role supporting Skin Cleansing and Deodorant (APDEO) categories and the second opening supporting Hair Care both roles are critical to making a tangible impact on our brand's success.

Your key responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Report directly to the Global GCB CI Lead for Beauty based in Geneva, ensuring strategic CI programs are executed flawlessly in the region.

  • Program Management: Drive the Beauty GCB consumer insights programs and plans, aligning them with category and client needs.

  • Best Practices Guardian: Ensure the development and implementation of global GCB CI methods, upholding CI best practices.

  • Innovation: Implement and align new beauty GCB methodologies to boost efficiency from brief to adoption success rates.

  • Expert Collaboration: Serve as the consumer insights expert for beauty, collaborating with cross-functional teams and acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze and synthesize data to develop actionable insights that inform fragrance development decisions in the USA.

    You bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Consumer Insights-related discipline or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a product or fragrance testing role.

  • Project Management: Multi-country consumer insight project management experience.

  • Results-Driven: A competitive mindset with a drive for results.

  • Team Player: Self-motivated, with high autonomy and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to define business opportunities, set priorities, and translate tactics/strategy into actions.

  • Proactive Approach: Able to develop business ‘from scratch’.

  • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
