The Director has overall financial responsibility for their respective Business Unit(s), Function(s), and/or Corporate areas, including annual budget process, forecasting, performance reporting, and financial KPI tracking. This role delivers financial analyses and insights to senior management, guiding strategic decision making, based on key macro-economic, market and business value drivers. Other key priorities include driving coordination across different businesses & functions, supporting investment decisions related to strategic priorities, and contributing to Board level financial and business presentations.

  • Direct the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for respective SBUs, FCEs and/or Corporate areas

  • Provide monthly, as well as ad-hoc analyses to senior management for decision-making

  • Monitor SBU / FCE P&Ls and review financial performance on periodic basis to discuss insights with Leadership

  • Develop business strategy and planning goals / deep dives

  • Monitor and report on capital expenditures and investment proposal submissions

  • Provide financial support and guidance to Corporate and other Business areas

  • Ensure smooth functioning of the Analyst Pool

  • Act as liaison between Business/Function/Corporate Finance, Accounting, Tax and Treasury

  • Lead process improvement initiatives / transformation projects and measure benefits

  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required

  • MBA in Finance and Accounting preferred

  • Certified Public Accountant other relevant professional certification strongly preferred

  • 12+ years of financial management and reporting to aid in decision making

  • Prior experience in a leadership role, lead a strong analytical FP&A team

  • Expertise in PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud and MS Office

  • Strong analytical, management and planning skillset

  • Able to do, explain, teach, re-imagine and innovate specific domain

  • Understands broad impact of own role and related roles across organization

  • Able to affect interdependent roles throughout the organization

  • Understands interrelationship of roles with external environment and how these may affect the organization both now and in the future

  • Extends ownership beyond assigned accountabilities and successfully overcomes unforeseen obstacles and/or ambiguities

  • Recognizes patterns that help self or others promptly and appropriately respond to non- routine events or prepare for contingencies for foreseeable conditions

  • Collaborates effectively in teams, soliciting and incorporating diverse perspectives, backgrounds, thoughts and experiences

  • Improves capacity for institutional success by modeling and enabling effective individual and group relationships among others
