The Director, US Commercial Sales & GTN Analysis supports the US Business function by providing timely and accurate insight into the operational drivers of customer and payer rebates, discounts and adjustments within the US product portfolio. This role partners closely with Global Market Access (MAx), Brand Finance, US FP&A HQ, Corporate Accounting, Business Controls and external auditors. The role also provides significant development opportunities in accounting, finance analytics, US healthcare reform, team leadership and oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

· Support the budgeting, projection, monthly/quarterly close and brand gross to nets in partnership with MAx and brand teams.

· Review monthly/quarterly gross to net adjustments and account reconciliations for quarter-end financial close.

· Provide supporting financial analysis regarding Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) impacts in partnership with MAx.

· Support quarterly reporting of wholesaler inventory levels in partnership with Trade Sales and US Order to Cash.

· Support GTN launch readiness for upcoming new launch brands.

· Assist with acquisition(s) integration(s) of GTN's processes and controls of acquired companies.

· Review and monitor significant rebate contract terms to ensure revenue recognition policy requirements are met and ongoing compliance with all financial terms and provisions.

· Maintain and update the internal control environment for areas associated with gross to net as well as support internal/external audit and SOX process requirements in partnership with the Business Controls group.

· Develop and provide guidance to team members relating day to day activities with a focus on professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor of Science in Accounting with 10 - 15 years relevant experience with a CPA or MBA preferred. Background in Big 4 and / or the Pharma industry preferred.

· Demonstrated ability to work with and manage people/teams in complex, changing environment.

· Demonstrated strong analytical and accounting skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Self-starter, highly motivated and ability to make decisions independently while working effectively across a matrix organization and influencing others at all levels.

· Focus and vision around continuous improvement and process optimization.

· Working knowledge of SAP, BI, Hyperion, and strong excel and analytics skills.
