Jones Lang LaSalle Facility Coordinator in Princeton, New Jersey

Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facilityClient/Stakeholder ManagementProvide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations
Serve as onsite Experience Services contact
Ensure Ambassador services are executed in a manner consistent with the SLA's, standard processes, professional brand image and compliant with applicable local laws, rules and regulations
Strive to continually improve experience service performanceAnswer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors haveProcess temp and perm badges when requiredMaintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Order and deliver office supplies
Receive and distribute incoming mail
Provide support in completing site audits.
Assist Occupancy Planner with duties as required
Liaison for landlord
Vendor escorting
Serve as Ambassador to Moderna's staff
Perform ad hoc responsibilities as requested
Qualifications
High School degree or higher
3-5 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility / property management, operations and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, preferred
Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service
Ability to work independently - strong prioritization and time management skills
