The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role on this fast paced and innovative team. Senior Business Analysts will work with our operations teams to identify opportunities and create business solutions for digital capabilities, lead design thinking and solutions sessions, support digital implementation work, and much more. In addition, Senior Business Analysts will become functional experts in multiple different digital capabilities, including robotic process automation (RPA), digital documents, optical and intelligent character recognition, mobile applications, websites, and virtual agents.The Senior Business Analyst will contribute to the development of conceptual digital solutions and services that solve today’s government service problems in innovative, feasible, and desirable ways. They will understand the needs of the business and the capabilities of our digital products; creating functional designs that deliver maximum return of investment (ROI) for customers. The Senior Business Analyst will support implementations through the entire lifecycle, from inception to hyper-care. They will also define and support continuous improvement of the methodologies, processes, and tools used to deliver digital transformation at Maximus.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop the right approach and solution.- Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements for implementation projects across all capabilities.- Develop user stories and to-be process flows for complex and/or multi-capability solutions to support the design and development of solutions for clients.- Contribute to interactions with both internal teams and external government clients.- Contribute to solutioning initiatives such as design thinking, scouting, RFP responses, etc.- Interpret requirements to identify value creation opportunities for customers.- Maintain good knowledge and understanding of digital applications and capabilities workflows.- Identify digital transformation candidates. Elicit, analyze, and document internal customer business requirements and use them to craft a digital transformation plan- Map customer journeys for Maximus’ service delivery programs.- Document business requirements for digital transformation opportunities- Analyze the current and future customer journeys and related processes to quantify benefit potential and use ROI analysis to support project approval and prioritization- Represent the customer in the sprint development process and ensure development staff have access to all information needed to deliver the solution- Support the creation and execution of customer digital transformation change management plans that ensure we maximize digital transformation benefits- Support the preparation and delivery of routine status meetings with customersMinimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.- Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, User Experience, Finance, or Industrial Engineering field of study preferred- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience- 3-5 years of Agile (Scrum) Methodology experience- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills- Ability to influence others both within and outside of immediate team to achieve results- Able to manage multiple assignments at once and in varying stages of the delivery cycle- The ability to work within a hybrid environment working out of the office location at least three days a week#techjobs #LI-JR1EEO StatementActive military service members, their spouses, and veteran candidates often embody the core competencies Maximus deems essential, and bring a resiliency and dependability that greatly enhances our workforce. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.Annual Base Pay Minimum for this Position$ 80,300.00Annual Base Pay Maximum for this Position$ 120,000.00
