We are in the High Tech - Pharm/Biotech industry, located in Princeton, New Jersey, United States, and we are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Technical Accounting Manager. The role involves managing various accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with SEC reporting, and utilizing tools such as Workiva.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical accounting functions within the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.

• Manage the process of SEC reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports.

• Stock compensation and lease accounting reporting.

• Conduct regular audits of accounting procedures to identify and address discrepancies.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring they accurately reflect the company's financial status.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance or accounting.

• Proven experience in Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting within the High Tech - Pharm/Biotech industry

• Demonstrated ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
