Work with product management and business users to contribute to the roadmap for the product. Design and develop innovative solutions to complex problems, identifying issues and roadblocks. Be a leader with vision and a partner in brainstorming solutions for team productivity, efficiency. Participate in hiring, training, and motivating new developers. Contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle including code documentation, testing, write and execute test cases to ensure code quality and production deployments. Manage and upgrade existing systems.
