Do you want to work for a family owned, industry leader, who is looking to add an experienced shop foreman to their team? Our client in the North Haven area is looking for a production supervisor with expediting and machine shop experience to their growing team. Responsibilities

• Hiring, coaching, supervising, and terminating, 4 supervisors and 45 indirect reports

• Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate machinery and personel on the fly to ensure production goals are met daily

• Coordinate between sales, quality, CNC, secondary, and swiss departments

• Production planning using MRP system and whiteboards

• Creating priority jobs list and rearrange production floor

• Job shop experience

• LEAN manufacturing and process improvement expertise
